What is your Pet Policy?

Most pets within our breed restrictions are welcome at our residences. We allow up to 2 pets per unit with a maximum combined weight of 50 lbs. A Pet Rent of $50/month is added to your rent.There is a one-time Pet Placement Fee of $250-750 and all pets must be verified via the PetScreening application process.
Pets must be leashed and accompanied by their owner at all times. Pet owners are required to immediately pick up and dispose of any pet waste.

Is Renters Insurance Required?

Yes, we do require renters insurance at all of our residences. We do have an insurance policy that we can provide for you at a cost of $12/month. If you choose to obtain your own policy, you are welcome to use that.

How do I apply and is there an Application Fee?

Each adult must submit separate applications and there is a $35 fee per application. You may apply online by clicking here. For Pet Owners: There is a one-time Pet Placement Fee of $250-750 and all pets must be verified via the PetScreening application process.

I need to report an issue, who do I call?

For all non-emergency maintenance items, please log in to your RESIDENT PORTAL to create a Maintenance Request. For Emergency Maintenance items, please call the Emergency-Only Maintenance Line listed in your welcome packet and someone will get back to you ASAP.

Can I pay my rent online?

Yes. You can pay your rent online through the RESIDENT PORTAL. Instructions for setting this up are included in your Move-In Packet.

How do I get mail?

Each address is associated with a unique mailbox number/tower assignment. If you did not receive mailbox keys or the assignment from Caliber Property Management, you will need to contact the local post office noted on your Utility Contact Sheet. For further questions, please contact us.

My power/ internet/ TV went out.  What do I do?

If you experience a utility outage of any sort, please contact the related utility company noted on your Utility Contact Sheet.
